Asheville Gluten Free Expo
Ingles Markets and the Asheville and Hendersonville Gluten Free Support Groups will host a Gluten Free Expo in Asheville, NC on Saturday March 24, 2012, from 10 am until 2pm.
The expo is expected to bring over 50 gluten free local and national vendors, including many chances to sample and purchase gluten free products.
Based on last years turnout the organizers expect over 1000 attendees.
Expert panel & Q&A:
Local Gastroenterologists Dr.Michael Bates (pediatric), Dr. Rose Graham (pediatric), Dr. Matthew Wood (adult), International expert, author and speaker on Celiac disease and GF diet: Registered dietitian Shelley Case (www.glutenfreediet.ca), Local support group leader, Industry expert from the National Foundation on Celiac Awareness: Beckie Moreland.
For visitors: a $5 entry fee will be collected, (credit cards will be accepted).
